Board of Trustees

Since 2004, Cathedral High School has been an independent institution governed by an autonomous Board of Trustees. As the governing body of the school, the Board of Trustees provides oversight of and has fiduciary responsibility for the school’s academic, financial, and business affairs. The Trustees hire the President (who is responsible for the day-to-day management of Cathedral), review the strategies and performance of the school’s administrative team, and assist in long-range planning and development.
