Join fellow Panthers for summer strength and conditioning workouts every Monday, Wednesday and Friday in the Gymnasium and Weight room at Cathedral High School. Training will take place from 3:00 – 5:00. Each Sunday, additional workouts are held at Carter Park, 709 Columbus Ave, Boston, MA starting at noon and ending at 2:00 p.m. (Please note these times were updated on Monday, Aug, 2nd.)
When attending gym sessions, please be aware only gym shoes are permitted on the courts. Per the school handbook hoodies and crocks are not permitted.
This year the MIAA has stated that all fall sports officially begin on Aug 23, 2021. athletes must have a current physical uploaded on Family ID
before attending any practices or tryouts. Cathedral will be offering the following sports in the fall:
• Football Team
our Co-op with Cristo Rey and Matignon High will host strength & conditioning (non-contact) practices beginning on Monday, August 16th from 3:00 – 6:00 p.m. at Carter Park
. Football practices start August 23rd.
• Cheerleading (TBA)
• Volleyball Practices begin on Wednesday, August 25th and run from 3:30 – 5:30 in the gym.
• Girls & Boys Soccer
our Co-op with Cristo Rey will host practices at Rotch Park
from 3:30 – 5:30 p.m. beginning August 30th.

Tufts will be conducting FREE Physical Exams for ALL students who attend.
