When Francis Lubega signed up for the mock trial team his freshman year at Cathedral High School, he might not have realized then he was laying the foundation for his future career plans. The newest graduate from The College of the Holy Cross in Worcester can trace the beginnings of his interest in law to the opportunities he received while at Cathedral.

Students and families alike look forward to graduation as the culmination of years of hard-work and dedication. With the COVID-19 pandemic preventing the possibility of an in-person graduation this year, Cathedral High School set out to celebrate the class of 2020 the best way possible under the circumstances. The school community came together for a virtual commencement ceremony, complete with all of the traditional elements of the celebration: speeches, awards, the reading of names, and prayers for the graduates.
Cathedral High School is proud to announce that two seniors have been selected by the Posse Foundation to receive Posse Scholarships. Kiara Ansley-Hinds ’20 and Tseday Robinson ‘20 will receive scholarships covering their full tuition for four years of university. Kiara will be attending Denison University and Tseday will study at Bucknell University.
