The Massachusetts State Champions in 2016, 2017, and 2019 for Division IV, the Cathedral Panthers girls basketball teams compete in the Catholic Central League. One of the premier small school girls basketball programs in the state, the Panthers field teams at the junior varsity (JV) and varsity levels.
