August Institute for Learning

Students learn through engaging activities during the August Institute for Learning summer session.

The August Institute for Learning engages students entering grades 7, 8, and 9 in a project-based applied learning experience across interdisciplinary curriculum.

The August Institute is additional learning for all 7th, 8th, and 9th grade students who are new to Cathedral High School. There is no additional cost. The program for the 2018-2019 school year will be held from Monday, Aug. 6 through Friday, Aug. 10, from 8:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. The doors will open at 7:45 a.m.

What do students need to bring?

Supplies will be provided during the program.

What should students wear?

School appropriate summer attire is required. No torn shorts, jeans, or midriffs.

Will students be provided food?

A snack will be provided daily.
